“As someone with chronic pain and can have issues with the physicalities of throwing and public perception of looking able-bodied, Andrea (Annie) is just such a wonderful, kind, and patient teacher. She’d shown me so many different techniques and habits that work for my throwing style and my body. She encourages creativity, never makes you feel bad for any mistakes, and makes sure you feel guided and confident. I would recommend Andrea’s classes for everyone!”

"Andrea's (Annie) empowering and genuinely enjoyable approach to teaching reminded me of my love for art. She never took over the process or substituted her own ideas for mine, but instead built my confidence to discover and express my own creativity. Working with different artistic mediacy whole life, I've found that it's easy to fall into the trap of focusing on the final product. Andrea's ability to guide my focus back to the joy and creative inherent in th process has been invaluable. It's honestly difficult for me to put into words how impactful experience has been but I can say with full confidence that she's the best."

Andrea (Annie) is the reason I kept signing up for classes! She’s passionate about her work and loves to share her knowledge about pottery with her class. She makes the sessions fun and educational, while keeping it free and open for her students to explore their own styles of throwing. I’ve enjoyed every class with Andrea and would recommend her class to anyone, whether they are beginners or advance.
